By accessing and using the SentryNix Security Platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal or commercial security monitoring purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

SentryNix provides enterprise-grade cybersecurity services including but not limited to:

  • Threat detection and monitoring
  • Vulnerability management
  • Compliance monitoring and reporting
  • Security analytics and AI-powered insights
  • Container security and orchestration

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Data Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously. All customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We comply with industry-standard security practices and applicable data protection regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SentryNix or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SentryNix operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
